I reviewed the PCN #20210112004.2. There are total of 15 devices affected by this PCN. Basically, the affected is the bond wire from gold to copper. The changes might take some time to update the database. The report can be obtained from the instruction below.

1. Go to TI.com.
2. Click on Quality and Reliability tab.
3. Enter a full part number.
4. Click on the device under the label "TI part number"
