DS90CF386: power sequence questions

Hi team,

we have questions about the DS90CF386? what's the power sequence of DS90CF386? I didn't find this information in d/s.

we face the issue is that, below is sch, when increase C23 or R14, the display will flicker. for example increase R14 to 100k to delay POWER DOWN time.

below is current power up sequence, when R=10K,C23=4.7uF, display is normal.

Hi Betty,

The issue might be related to applied RXCLK input before power down is high. Is any other pins driven high before power down pin is released?

You can try to delay the data/clock signal until power down pin is pulled high.
