AM26LS31: Differences between AM26LS31 and AM26LS31I

Part Number: AM26LS31

Hi Team,

Could you tell me any specification differences between AM26LS31 and AM26LS31I?
It looks I version supports wider temp range but there is no description about the version in the datasheet.

Regards,

Takashi Onawa

  • The common part number for all these devices is "AM26LS31".

The suffixes "C", "I", and "M" indicate the temperature range; this is specified in the recommended operating conditions table. All orderable part numbers have one of these suffixes.

  • Onawa-san,

Clemens is correct, please let us know if you have any other questions.

  • Hi Clemens -san, Eric-san,

Thanks for your prompt response on this.

I'm understanding the temp range... For products with such a difference in suffix, there are cases where specifications are individually specified in the Datasheet as below. But I could not find for "I" version specification. Which one should I refer for "I" version as switching parameter? And Can I understand other specs are same?

    Regards,

    Takashi Onawa

  • Hi Takashi-san,

If a particular suffix variant is not listed on the datasheet, the specification applies for all variants. For instance, the timing parameters listed in section 6.6 apply for all device variants that do not include the 'M' suffix.

Let me know if this is clear and if you have any more questions.
