Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm almost certain this is a typo. I believe that these devices are in fact RoHS compliant, but something was misentered in our system. I'll discuss this with our team internally to confirm and correct the documentation accordingly. I'll update this thread when I'm certain of the correct RoHS status.
