Does the clock start?  I don't see the load capacitors or series resistor on the crystal circuit.

Can you check the line states of DP0 and DM0?

when we connect the DP0 and the DM0  directly to the PC  by isolating my processor part its starts working without an issue.

at that moment the clock starts to works and detects all the ports  without an issues.

But when i connect  the DP0 and DM0 lines to my processor its not enumerating , it directly  goes to suspend mode.

FYI we use  SC20 module from the Quectel .

Can you check the DP0/DM0 line states?

Does the processor module support hubs?

The status of the DP0 and the DM0 is nill with our Processor the Very next second the HUB goes  to the Suspend mode.

I am getting only the pulled up voltage no variation in scope too.

Once the hub asserts its pullup on DP, the host should send a USB reset.  Does that happen?  Does the host see the connect event?

No its not happening.

we are not even able to detect any log related to this even.

Do you see the 3.3V pullup on DP0 while DM0 is low?  The host should recognize it.

we are getting 3.3v pullup on DP0 and DM0 is low.

but we arent getting any log 

It seems like an issue with the host / processor.  The hub can only enable the pullup and wait for the USB reset and start of signaling from the host.
