The data rate is limited not only by the transceiver, but also by the cable length. If the cable is too long, no transceiver can help.

Use the search function. This shows 5 V RS-485 transceivers with about 1 Mbps:

What does "surge protection" mean? The search function shows the ratings for ESD ("IEC 61000-4-2") and DC voltages ("fault protection").

As Clemens said, the cable length will affect any RS-485 transceiver: if it is too long no transceiver will help without significant system design considerations.

In terms of a device with 1Mbps+ and surge protection integrated, the THVD1429 is an option.
