We have been reviewing SNLA293A and wanted to take a step back. This AppNote is for making subtle adjustments to optimize the performance of the device for compliance testing.
Is there another AppNote that describes how to initialize the PHY for basic operation? For example, I’d expect to have to write to BMCR, maybe PHYRCR and/or AUTO_PHY, and possibly others.
