We are at the tail end of our design using the DP83TD510E and would like to explore using the isolated transformer solution from Wurth, link to their web breif and app notes below;

Can we have some direction on how this interfaces with the DP83TD510E MDI?
I can see they have tied the T/RX+ together and T/RX- together, is it as simple as taking their schematic found at Figure 16: 10BASE-T1 Transformer Design found in the following app note:

Would there be any additional components required for impedance matching shown in the DP83TD510E Datasheet Section 8.2.1 Termination Circuit?
