During functional test process we have obtained intermittence results and according of a failure analysis performed we detected a kind of noise in the low level of the signal on failing units in component AXI-44766 (MAX3232IDRE4).

I'm not sure what the question is here. Are you asking what we think the root cause of the failure is? If so, can you give more information on the test/operation that was being performed when the failure occurred?

Yes, the question is: What could be the root cause of the failure is?

I have a Failure Analysis report performed by my team, but I can not attach it here. Do you have any email where could I send you??
