TVS0500: ADC Input Reference Designs?

Are there any Reference Designs / Schematics / examples floating around somewhere, for using such TVS protection devices for IEC 61000-4-4 EFT noise protection?

Sizing external series resistor, etc...any design guide? I can't seem to find any really good material with examples and such for ADC inputs...
