Hi,

Regarding its datasheet, the TUSB9260 pin pitch is 0.4mm but it is also specified that it meets JEDEC MS-026 which has a pitch of 0.5mm. Wich information is right ?

The pitch is 0.4 as shown in the diagram inthe data sheet AND which is compliant to the JEDEC MS-026 specification for a 7x7 64-lead package.

Here is the extract from MS-026 where is specific 7x7, 64-lead has 0.4 pitch:
