XIO2001: Can PCIe_Host config PCI configuration through XIO2001?

Hi,

My customer plans to make PCIe Board, connected with Desktop PC (Host).  This PCIe board is configured "PCIe bus <->XIO2001<->His PCI device."   On this PCIe board, he wants PC(Host) to configure PCI configuration.   Can PC(Host) configure PCI configuration through XIO2001?   Please let us know.  If he has any additional Hardware, please let us know.
