Hi Gareth,

TPD4E1U06 would not be good since its line capacitance of 0.8 pF causes a -3 dB insertion loss at around 2 GHz. I would recommend one of our ultra low capacitance devices like TPD1E01B04 which is a single channel 3.6 V bidirectional device with 0.18 pF of line capacitance. This device has a -3 dB insertion loss at around 26 GHz. Let me know if this works for you.

Hi Gareth,

The best multi-channel devices for this would be TPD4E02B04 or ESD122. TPD4E02B04 is a 4 channel device with 0.25 pF of capacitance and ESD122 is a 2 channel device is 0.20 pF of capacitance. Both have a 3.6 V Vrwm.
