Hi,

In dp83620, rise time and fall time for 100Mb/s PMD output pair of signals are given in the datasheet.

Similarly we need rise time and fall time values for 1000 Mb/s PMD output pair of signals of DP83867IR part.

Hi Saravanakumar,

For 1000 Mb/s, that specification is not part of the IEEE ethernet standard, so we did not characterize it on the DP83867.

For 100 Mb/s, it is part of the IEEE ethernet standard, and as a result, the values in the DP83620 datasheet are the same for the DP83867.

Hi Adrian Kam,

We are operating DP83867 in 1000Mbps mode. So we need rise time,fall time for 1000Mbps PMD output pair signals.

Can you please help us for finding out the values for 1000Mbps

Since it is not characterized, we do not have any data to provide for this specification. If this is needed, then this needs to measured on your system.
