we're searching for a simple and low-cost solution for a two-port USB 2.0 Hub and found the TUSB2036:
The device is still labeled as active but, as far as i know, the datasheet was released in March 2000.
I alrady know TI's product life cycle policy: Our commitment to product longevity and continuity of supply
Nevertheless we'd like to ask if there are any additional information about TI's plans of EOL, resp. if you'd still recommend to use this device in new designs.
