Can we input 5V to Vcc?

The datasheet of P3 mentions "Power input (5V)".

Shotaro-san,

The AM26LV31E can handle 5V at the VCC pin, but all logic outputs from the device will still be 3.3V. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

When VCC is set to 5V, can I think that characteristics is basically the same?

Shotaro-san,

While we can't guarantee the datasheet parameters because 5V is outside the recommended operating range, the characteristics of the device are effectively the same.
