Part Number: SN55115

Can you tell me the difference between the SN55115J, J38510/10404BEA and J38510/10404BEB? Is the BEA an alternate for the BEB?

    Matt,

    Material wise they appear to be all same. But when looking up the test flow and reliability classification information, they have slightly different flow:

    Orderable Device

    Rel Class

    Device Marking

    SN55115J

    MIL-COM

    SN55115J

    JM38510/10404BEA

    JANB

    JM38510/10404BEA

    I wasn't able to find information on the 10404/BEB, but my assumption is it is also a different reliability flow. Functionally, these devices should all behave the same.
