TUSB1046 AUX SBU issues

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB1064

I have a design that uses type-c alt mode D, ie DispalyPort and USB 3. It only works when Flip is tied low and the type-c cable is plugged in a certain way on the device side. On the host side it works fine, ie It does not matter which way the cable is plugged in. I'm pretty sure it's an issue with AUX communication. Also, it only works if I flip the P and N lines of the AUX interface. I've double checked the pinout and layout and it looks correct. The AUX is going to a DP to LVDS chip, NXP PTN3460. I have attached part of the schematic. I think I've got the AUX and SBU pull up and downs correct, but I could be wrong.
