DS90UB633A-Q1: What function of 633A is differentiated from 933??

Part Number: DS90UB633A-Q1

Hi team

I downloaded latest roadmap and found device 633A and 662.

I checked 633A datasheet and couldn't find any more functionalities comparing to 933.

Could you pls help me understand this device??

I also could check it but I thought there would be more difference because those parts are really similar. but now I am clear about it.
