TUSB4020BI: Power consumption

HI,

Customers want to drive this device and other loads with USB bus power 500mA.
Looking at the power consumption of this device, USB 2.0 2 HS has VDD33 = 60mA and VDD11 = 80mA, so the current remaining in the load is 360mA.

Is this calculation correct?

They are considering replacing the Micro Chip: USB2514, but require a minimum of 400mA for the load.

Hello Hiroshi,

The TUSB4020BI is not intended for bus power applications. It is not possible for the TUSB4020BI to be powered from a 500 mA / 5V source and still have 400 mA / 5V available for the downstream device.

I searched for it but couldn't find it.
