NS16C2552: Confirmation with Datasheet (P.13) Description Even/Odd Parity Setting

My customer is considering NS16C2552 and has questions.

Regarding NS16C2552 Datasheet p13, Table 10. LCR (0x3) 

For the 4th bit of the LCR register, the Even / Odd parity setting does not match the description of the 5th bit of the same register.
Which is correct.


I think the 4th bit is a typo and 1 = Even parity and 0 = Odd Parity are correct.
Is it right?

    Since this device is a copy of an older device the PC16552D, going off that old datasheet it says that for Bit 4. 0=Odd parity and 1 = Even parity. I would assume that that is true for the NS device.
