There are multiple ways that you calculate the junction temperature of a device. One equation is this one below:
This report actually details many different equations that can be used to calculate the junction temperature.
In general for logic devices the maximum junction temperature is equal to the maximum storage temperature. This is usually equal to 150 C. If you operate this device within the correct ambient temperature and within the absolute maximum ratings you don't have to worry about the junction temperature causing permanent damage to the device.
