I wonder is there any chip in TI can replace SN75LVDS83B? since this one is going to EOL.

Pin to pin one is not necessary, and please provide some items for reference.

Using this tool, we can see that currently SN75LVDS83B doesn't have a direct replacement. But, feel free to use the above tool to explore other different options.
