DP83848C: Date code marking

Part Number: DP83848C

I am looking to decipher the date code marking on a small lot of DP83848CVV/NOPB PHY Ethernet XCVR IC's. I was able to interpret the 1st and 2nd fab and assembly location characters, respectively. However, I have not had any luck with the following three characters of C4F that should correlate to the date code in YWW format, according to documentation. Any help assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The code 02C4FFT follows this format YMLLLLP. YM corresponds to year and month, LLLL corresponds to assembly lot code, and P corresponds to assembly site.
