DP83849I: How to output the scrambled idle pattern from DP83849I

We would like to do 100BASE-TX Compliance TEST using a board (DUT) on which the DP83849I is mounted.

To do the TEST, the scrambled idle pattern should be outputted from DP83849I.

Could you give us how to output the scrambled idle pattern from DP83849I?

Is it possible by setting registers of DP83849I?

Hi,

The 100BASE-TX scrambled idle pattern is output automatically when the device is set for 100 Mbps mode. This can be done through register 0x0 bit 13.
