DS90CR286A: DS90CR286A Clock range

Hi Team,

In the datasheet of DS90CR286A, it says that the operating frequency for the PLL ranges from 20-66 MHz. However, my customer uses a 480x272 screen with max 14.9MHz if considering some blanking period lines. it is shown as below. Does it mean that DS90CR286A can not support this screen? if not, do you have other solutions to driver this RGB24 screen?
