I am new in here, I tried installing the app and the profile update but the app itself wont run on my PC.

    Alan,

    The DS90UB925 EVM uses a generic Cypress driver and this driver is not a signed driver. Looks to me your system security is preventing the app from running because of this ( ). This is our very first generation board and sorry we don't have a windows10 signed driver for this. Could you check if you can get an exception to run this?

    Please also double check if 'Nano' driver for the 925 EVM is properly installed. FYI, there's some additional driver install procedure in the following ALP install folder 

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010\ALP_Documents\ALP-92x-Driver-Install

    Thank you for the reply. Yes it is security issue. In the meantime I have to use a different laptop that I have full control to run the program.
