Hi team,

My customer wants to use TCA4311A, and need the IBIS Model for evaluation, but I just find TCA9511 IBIS under TCA4311A Design tools & simulation.

Could you tell me where can I find TCA4311A's IBIS Model, and the relationship between TCAA4311A IBIS Model and TCA9511A IBIS Model.

    Hi Andy,

    Is there a reason the customer is using TCA4311A over TCA9511A? Can you move them to the TCA9511A? 

    We don't have an IBIS model for the TCA4311A. The main difference between the two from an IBIS stand point is the pull up strength during rising edges. The rise time accelerators in the TCA4311A are stronger than the TCA9511A. In an inductive system like with a cable, this could cause oscillations.
