You could use any of the following devices:

DS90UB949-Q1

DS90UH949-Q1

DS90UB949A-Q1

DS90UH949A-Q1

DS90UB929-Q1

DS90UH929-Q1

But none of them supports 4k as Malik indicated in his reply, highest resolution being supported is 1080p.

A request for product recommendation has been received for the interface changed by the customer.

Please recommend a converter IC that can change from HDMI I/F to USB I/F as shown in the bolck below.
