Hi team,

customer use 948 pattern with internal clock to do test, the panel is 1920*720. they found with the same panel, one 948 will have black issue, but others can display normal.

below is ALP configure:

we want to know what's the internal clock parameters of 948? the Appnote only show it is 140M osc, why these two difference 948 have different result?

can you share more information about this? thank you

See the below picture. we use typical value and the same panel.

I know the 948 internal OSC only 140MHz, but customer test this with the same panel, some can display normal, some are not. so we want to know what's the 948 internal OSC parameters and spec.

Hi Betty,

When using the pattern generator in the 948, the internal oscillator is typically around 140MHz, however there is variation of that value. The two different devices are likely not actually operating at that 140MHz value.
