HD3SS3220: Super speed Mode not Working in both Direction

Part Number: HD3SS3220

Hai,
we are using HD3SS3220 in our design, we have configured it in DFP mode. We are Connecting an external 3.1 peripheral (USB Device) to the Type C connector. The Device is recognized as superspeed in only one orientation. The CC1 and CC2 pins are toggled accordingly but not able to see the USB Device in superspeed mode. Also, DIR is pulled up using a 200K resistor.

We have also changed the capacitor to 0.33uF near the type C connector as mentioned in the e2e forum.

We tried to remove 909 K ohm which is connected to VBus Detect as mentioned in other e2e forms but after that device starts working at high speed in only one direction.
I will be attaching the Schematic here for review. Kindly look into this issue and give your valuable inputs.

Thank you.
