Hi, 

 Is there a way to submit a schematic for review. I've TUSB4041I-Q1 interfacing with linux and upstream port is working due Linux was able to detect hub. However, all the downstream ports are not working. Thanks,

    Yes, please accept my friend request and send it directly.

    Can you confirm if VBUS is 5V or higher on the downstream ports?  Can you try powering on the system with devices connected?
