PCA9539: We want to use the DB package but cannot find a footprint.

Hi,

Customer is looking for the footprint of this device. Below is the inquiry.

According to customer, the info provided is the package info from the datasheet - it is NOT the footprint. Downloaded the Ultra Librarian footprint, but it turns out to be read only and it won't save.

Can TI provide the info like they do for other footprints."

Hi Maynard,

Here is a link to a footprint that will work for the DB package of the PCA9539: https://www.ti.com/lit/ml/mpds508b/mpds508b.pdf?#page=2. This footprint only has 20 pins, but that can easily be changed to accommodate the 24 pins of the DB package.
