TLK10002: Cryogenic temperature support

Part Number: TLK10002

Hello Guys,

Good day.

Our customer is looking at the TLK10002 part for serializing a(2-2.5Gbps) 8b10b encoded data stream to a 10Gbps data stream.
Electrically, they seem compatible with this part. They noticed that the temperature rating is -40C to 85C.

Just asking if this part can be used for cryogenic temperatures (70-80K)? They could increase the supply voltages if needed to account for
the threshold shift. Is there an alternative part you would recommend that supports these temperatures?

Thanks and regards,

Art
