Hi MJ,
Unfortunately, we don't have any transceivers that adhere to the low-speed, fault-tolerant CAN specification.
The closest suggestion I can make is TCAN1043. This is a 14-pin CAN transceiver that is fault tolerant up to +-58V (+-70V for 'H' version) and capable of supporting speeds up to 2Mbps (5Mbps for 'G' version). It's available in both D (SOIC) and DMT (VSON) packages. The TCAN1043A (same functionality) will also be available in a DYY (SOT) package. These devices meet the requirements of the ISO 11898-2 (2016) standard which has been consolidated from all -3 + standards.
Note that these devices follow a more industry standard pinout than the NXP device, with the top 8 pins matching the functionality of 8-pin CAN transceivers. The TI devices also offer a Vio pin for integrated level translating instead of the termination resistor connections on the TJA1055.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
