Jim,

The TPS25750 Host Interface Technical Reference Manual describes how to configure the GPIO events. They are described in section 2.16 GPIO Events. The event that you will want to use is the PlugEvent.

In order to configure the GPIO, you will need to select the advanced configuration button on the configuration GUI, then select the Configuration view in the top menu. In the configuration view, you can select IO CONFIG to select which GPIO you want to map to the PlugEvent.
