We use TPS65994AD in ADL-P.
TPS65994AD doesn't use external ROM, we use EC to load PD FW by I2C.
We checked the BGA ball of TPS65994AD is not cold welding , schematic and Type C Conn. is ok.
We measure CC voltage is 0V even we plug in device or Type C adapter.
We log the CC protocol by Cypress CC analyzer.
We found CC analyzer just log CC protocol from Type C adapter and TPS65994AD never respond any information.
PD FW look like success load to PD in PD check tool.
Have any method to check PD is not damage or CC function is workable. (eg. check PD register..? )
The fail rate is 97.5% (39/40).
