Yes, we could see there has slop control description in datasheet. and following table shows the information which customer need.

I'm not sure where the first screenshot is, but the block diagram is just showing the part of the IC that shapes the rise and fall time of the LIN bus waveform to help with EMC. This device has Normal, Standby, and Sleep modes, slope mode doesn't exist.

The rise and fall times are listed in the switching characteristics of the datasheet. This isn't something that is controlled by the user, it is all done automatically, internal to the transceiver.
