TPS65987DDK: PD - Ending up in Hard_Reset message negotiating DisplayPort Alt Mode

Hi,

I'm using the TPS65987D to establish an DisplayPort Alt Mode connection to an external screen. When using a simple screen without any touch functionality (Asus ZenScreen MB16A) the CC negotiation works correct and the display is working (see image below).

Now we've changed to a touch variant (as the final application requires a touch screen) which is for now the Asus ZenScreen MB16AMT, the negotiation is ending up in a Hard_Reset message right after negotiating the power and just before the PowerReady message (see Image below)

Any Idea, what can cause this and how to get it working?

    I've got it solved by myself. The reason for the Hard_Reset seemed to be related to not advertise any charger capabilities but the display seems to require this function. I've added it using the "Application Customization Tool", modified the patch for the TPS6598x and negotiation completed successfully.
