TUSB4020BI: About USB memory is recognized on one side only

Hi Team,

 

Currently, USB memory is recognized on one side only on our board.

However, USB memory will be recognized no matter which side is installed on connector_A or connector_B, but only one side is recognized.

And, if we connect other USB memory (other vender device), Both are recognized.

-USB memories of same model number of Vender A: recognized on one side only

-USB memories of same model number of Vender B: Both are recognized

 

Therefore, we guess that this phenomenon is issue of USB memory so TUSB4020BI don’t have issue.
