Hi Team.
My customer fell very confused in the Dout of 947. Why here use cross connection? Why Dout0 connect to 2/3 and Dout1 connect to 1/4?
Could customer Dout0 connect to 1/2,Dout1 connect to 3/4?

Hello Amilie,
they can't simply pick any pin and use at as pair with any other pin. In the cable there are 4 wires, each specific two are a valid pair. So they must chose these wires/pins.
Please refer to this document for more details.
One more point;
They must be careful to chose the exact pinings on the SER and on DES side (just mirrored on one side), otherwise connections will be swapped !
