DS80PCI402: Capacitors on all pins

Hi Team,

Our customer will connect the DS80PCI402 to COM Express module and would like to confirm if the 220nF caps should be added to all input/output pins of the device. According to the customer,

1. the COM Express module includes caps on its transmitters
2. the external expansion card that we plug into the connector will have Caps on its transmitters

The evaluation module shows that all input/output pins have capacitors. Can you please confirm?
