Dear Expert , Good day! Our customer test TPS25750 + BQ25792. Firmware downloading is OK. But he can't read the BQ25792's register. For your information, following is his test steps.
1) Load the DATA1 register with the info I want to read
PD address | DATA1 register | #byte count | BQ address | BQ register | BQ #read bytes eg:
0x21 | 0x09 | 0x03 | 0x6B | 0x11 | 0x01
2) Load the CMD1 register with "I2Cr"
PD address | CMD1 register | #byte count | 'I' | '2' | 'C' | 'r'
0x21 | 0x08 | 0x04 | 0x49 | 0x32 | 0x43 | 0x72
If I read the CMD1 register I get back:
0x04 | 0x49 | 0x32 | 0x43 | 0x72
If I read back the DATA1 register I get back
0x40 | 0x6B | 0x11 | 0x01 | 0x00 ...

I saw some similar query had been post on the forum , like
He also download the new firmware with the link below ,but from the customer feedback , old and new firmware are same.
