THVD1452: Input capacitance of DI pin of THVD1452

Hi !

My MCU's output pin capacitance (CL) is 30pF max.

So, if DI pin has CI = 200pF typical, MCU may not be able to drive DI pin of THVD1452.

Could you please check it again ?

Hi Rohidas,

The DI pin cap value is from measurement in lab. Nevertheless I've never heard of the logic pins having loading issues to the MCU. Could you hook these two parts up to check?

I'm sorry for misleading. As I re-measured the device, the capacitance of logic pins is about 9pF.
