Hi, Joe

AVN is a collective term for Audio, Video, and Navigation.

It is a system developed for automotive and is generally integrated into navigation.

Hi MJ,

The DP83848-EP will work for this application but I recommend you look at the DP83826 and DP83822 as they are newer parts and have additional features when compared to the DP83848-EP.
