TPS65994AD: Display can't be detect when the system turn on

Hi team,

Here I have a customer that design in TPS65994AD and have display issue.

If they plug in the display device first then turn on the Tiger lake system, they can't output the display. They need to plug in again then the system can normally output the display.

And if they didn't plug in the display device first, the system can always normally work.

This issue only appears at DP not USB. And only appear at they plug the DP first.
