TUSB8044A: Can I change the PDI\VID of usb to I2C HID device in TUSB8044A?

hi,

From Datasheet, TUSB8044A has a HID device for Usb to I2c.

The VID\PID is 0x451 and 0x82FF.

How can I change it?
