Reliability test report of TLIN10283DRBRQ1

Hello,

Can we have a reliability test report of TLIN10283DRBRQ1?

I already asked this request to Customer Support Center. But they gave me a test report of TLIN10283DRQ1 instead.

I explained them that these products have different packages and different MSL. So the report of TLIN10283DRQ1 did not qualify for TLIN10283DRBRQ1.
They advised me to ask here for asking about TLIN10283DRBRQ1 test report.

I checked the page time to time, since you advised to me, but the file available from there shows only

"Qualification summary

No results found"

Is there any other way to get the reliability test report of TLIN10283DRBRQ1?

Yes, the link you gave m works fine.

I can see the following items there:

- Rating

- MTBF/FIT estimates

- Material contents

- Ongoing reliability monitoring

However, the item "Qualification summary" (which is the one I need) is "No result found".

I know you've already contacted the customer support team and they gave you the wrong report. But can you try again? This is how we share these reports, we aren't allowed to share on E2E or any other public forum.
