TFP401: No VSYNC output

We are using TFP401. It is found it has CLK and VSYNC output. But does not have HSYNC output. 

Could you help advise how to check this issue？

Is this the same issue which they are not seeing both HSYNC and VSYNC?

1. Can you please provide the schematic for review?

2. What is the resolution you are trying to use? Does the issue happen across multiple resolutions?

3. Does the issue happen across multiple TFP401A?

4. Does the HDMI video contain audio? The TFP401A does not support embedded audio.

we can capture VSYNC but not have HSYNC signal.

1、We can do it tomorrow.

2、We use 1080p@60Hz,  we use only one picture to display.

3、We use single chip;

4、Yes，Our source is HDMI2.0 with video embedded audio.So,how we can do that?
