TLK2711-SP: how to exit the power down mode correctly?

Part Number: TLK2711-SP

Hi, the question regards the RESET sequence on exiting the power down mode.

The usage of LCKREFN and LOOPEN during the Power-On/Reset is well explained in data sheet and understood.

Once the initialisation sequence as indicated in section Power-on Reset has been completed, I put the device in Power-down mode by deasserting Low the ENABLE.

During power down I leave LCKREFN High, LOOPEN low.

When I need to reactivate the device in Rx I assert the ENABLE high: do I have to respect the activation sequence by playing with LOOPEN to  initialise again the Rx* or this is no longer needed as the device remained powered and initialised since the first power on reset?

(*It is not sure that there are data transitionon on Rx pin in exiting the power down)

I posed this question because in ENABLE description I read: "When asserted high while the device is in power-down mode, the transceiver is reset before beginning normal operation" and this induced the suspect that the reset sequence with LOOPEN needs to be repeated also on exiting the power-down mode to initialise again the Rx.

Many thanks.

Best regards
